Hi there! I’m Jamie. In this program, I
teach professional women like you how to
illuminate your unconscious mind and use what you find to create real, sustainable change. The framework I teach in this course can be applied to any change: maybe you want to quit smoking (I did!), write a book, or cut back to one glass of wine after work instead of three. You’ll be amazed at what’s possible.

The principles you’ll learn in this course are informed by my 30+ year career in psychoanalysis and my personal experience living and learning holistic, Ayurvedic practices that encompass your mind, body, and spirit. These core principles will help you in all areas of life to manage your thinking, know yourself more deeply, and navigate life well.

How many times have you made a New Year's Resolution, only to end up discouraged, frustrated, and ultimately given up because you couldn't find a way to make it happen that worked for you?

Right now, you might be thinking…

“I start off strong, but at some point
I lose motivation and just can’t seem
to follow through with the changes I
want to make."

or..

“I see these step-by-step guides on
social media that get me excited to stay on track, but they don’t end up fitting my life and schedule well enough for me to really follow through.”

“Nothing seems to work, maybe I’m
just destined to be this way.”

I hear you, and trust me, you’re not alone. I’m here to tell you, you CAN change. But, roadblocks and resistances hidden inside your unconscious mind might be holding you back.

This experience is perfect if you're ready to:

Our meditations, courses, and resources are educational in nature and not to be understood as therapy or clinical intervention.

  • Can I really feel a difference with just 5 minutes a day?
Absolutely – after just 5 minutes in meditation or deep reflection, you can experience insight, stress release, and a greater sense of focus. However, this work and the results you see from it will be unique to you and what you put into this program. Though starting with 5 minutes a day is a great way to establish a new habit, you'll gain deeper, quicker insight with more practice and time invested into your self-discovery work and daily rituals. Start with 5 minutes and build to 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes or even more if your schedule allows.
  • Are there any live components of this program?
Yes! Jamie will host live Q&A pop-ups and special workshops designed for this community. You can also engage with the community at any time through our groups and community forum.
  • Is this a replacement for therapy?
No! Though these resources are created by an experienced therapist, psychoanalyst, and coach, it is not a replacement for therapy. It is, however, a great supplement to therapy — a great way to continue and support your inner work between sessions. It can also help you get the most out of therapy by uncovering more information to discuss with your therapist. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
