Sometimes, you just need someone to help you see the path clearly.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what your next step should be, a private consultation with Jamie offers you a space to explore what’s coming up — and walk away with clarity, tools, and a plan.

These 60-minute 1:1 Coaching & Guidance Sessions are designed to help you:

  • Name your current challenge

  • Explore unconscious patterns and emotional blocks

  • Receive personalized resource recommendations

  • Integrate tools for healing, resilience, and forward movement

 

Unlike therapy, which unfolds over time to deepen your self-awareness, consultations are focused on providing insightful direction and practical next steps right away. Jamie may recommend meditations, journaling practices, course content, or somatic tools based on your unique situation — all drawn from her background in psychoanalysis, holistic healing, and mind-body integration.

How did you hear about us?

Consultations may be scheduled 2-6 weeks in advance, depending on availability. 


Intake paperwork will be required ahead of the consultation to facilitate our time together. 


Sessions are confidential, with the only exceptions being if reasonable concerns to your safety or others are presented or in the event of a subpoena. 


Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Can I really feel a difference with just 5 minutes a day?
    Absolutely – after just 5 minutes in meditation or deep reflection, you can experience insight, stress release, and a greater sense of focus. However, this work and the results you see from it will be unique to you and what you put into this program. Though starting with 5 minutes a day is a great way to establish a new habit, you'll gain deeper, quicker insight with more practice and time invested into your self-discovery work and daily rituals. Start with 5 minutes and build to 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes or even more if your schedule allows.
  • Are there any live components of this program?
    Yes! Jamie will host live Q&A pop-ups and special workshops designed for this community. You can also engage with the community at any time through our groups and community forum.
  • Is this a replacement for therapy?
    No! Though these resources are created by an experienced therapist, psychoanalyst, and coach, it is not a replacement for therapy. It is, however, a great supplement to therapy — a great way to continue and support your inner work between sessions. It can also help you get the most out of therapy by uncovering more information to discuss with your therapist. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
  • What topics do the meditations and resources in the membership library address?

  • What if I want to upgrade to an annual or lifetime membership?
    If a you choose the monthly plan option (payments billed monthly), and wish to upgrade to lifetime access or an annual plan, you may do so within the first month of membership for a credit of your first payment towards your purchase. To make this change, please contact us at hello@windowstowisdom.com
  • Can I cancel at any time?
    For our monthly billing option, yes! If you have purchased an annual membership, you can still cancel at any time to prevent future automatic billings, however, all sales are final and non-refundable to protect the integrity of our programs.
  • Can I share my login?
    All purchases of Windows to Wisdom® content are meant to only be viewed by the purchaser and cannot be shared with others. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • How long will lifetime members have access to the program?
    For as long as our app and membership are offered online! We will notify all lifetime members should we choose to close this program. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this disclaimer or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
  • Purpose of Offerings
    Windows to Wisdom provides a variety of resources and experiences—including meditations, challenges, journaling prompts, dream interpretation tools, workshops, retreats, circles, and other events—designed to support personal growth, self-exploration, and emotional healing. While these offerings are informed by the expertise of a trained therapist and psychoanalyst, they are not intended to replace, substitute, or serve as professional mental health services, clinical therapy, or medical advice.
  • Potential Emotional Impact
    By participating in any Windows to Wisdom product, event, or service, you acknowledge and understand that engaging in personal growth and inner work may evoke a range of emotional, cognitive, physical, and relational experiences. Range of Emotions You may experience a variety of emotions, including but not limited to: Sadness, grief, and loss Frustration, anger, and irritability Joy, excitement, and euphoria Anxiety, fear, and uncertainty Confusion and disorientation Empowerment and confidence Intensity of Experiences The depth of emotional reactions can vary: Some activities may evoke mild emotional responses. Others may trigger more profound or unexpected feelings. Emotional reactions may occur during an experience or arise hours or days afterward.
  • Past Experiences and Trauma
    Personal exploration may surface memories of past events, including traumatic experiences. By using our products and events, you acknowledge this process can sometimes temporarily intensify symptoms related to trauma or pre-existing mental health conditions.
  • Cognitive and Behavioral Changes
    As you engage with the materials, you may notice: Shifts in thought patterns or beliefs Changes in self-perception or perceptions of others Adjustments in behaviors, habits, or daily routines Interpersonal Effects Your personal growth journey may impact your relationships: Changes may occur in how you communicate, connect, or relate to others. Insights gained may strengthen some relationships and challenge others. Physical Manifestations Emotional and psychological work may produce physical sensations, such as: Changes in sleep or energy levels Muscle tension, relaxation, or somatic releases Digestive fluctuations or other body-based experiences Growth and Integration Period Personal transformation is a gradual process: Integration of new perspectives often involves periods of reflection, discomfort, or uncertainty. Growth typically unfolds through cycles of challenge, insight, and adaptation. Individual Variability Every participant’s experience is unique: Emotional responses may differ across individuals and even from one event to another. Your journey will be influenced by your personal history, readiness, and current life circumstances.
  • Responsibility for Well-being
    By engaging with Windows to Wisdom resources and events: You accept full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. You agree to use provided support resources (such as journaling prompts, reflection practices, or self-guided meditations) as tools for self-care. You recognize that these offerings are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services. You agree to seek the support of a licensed mental health professional, therapist, or medical provider if you experience persistent emotional distress, crisis symptoms, or concerns about your mental health. You understand that Windows to Wisdom is not a crisis intervention service and cannot address acute mental health needs.
  • Confidentiality
    For group offerings (such as retreats, circles, and workshops): We encourage a respectful, supportive environment. Absolute confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. You agree to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information disclosed during group activities outside of that setting.
